  Kai Whiting

Kai Whiting is a Stoicism and sustainability researcher and lecturer based at UCLouvain in Belgium. He is the co-author of Being Better Stoicism for a World Worth Living in, which tells the personal stories of Zeno, Cleanthes, Epictetus, Musonious Rufus, and ancient Sparta so that we can solve some of the key challenges of the 21st  century. When Kai is not thinking and writing about Stoicism, he likes to build Lego, work out, and read books in Spanish and Portuguese.

Mentoring

Kai coaches using the Stoic methods of choice, the Socratic dialectic, and logical reasoning, to help you work out how best to design your aims, achieve your goals, improve your relationships and reframe your thinking so you can journey towards what the Stoics refer to as the “good life” (eudaimonia). Kai also specializes in helping you to better understand your social role, your obligations towards yourself and others, and your connection to the logos (reason/cosmos) so that you can make a greater impact on a world scale!
